WebI can only select the highest that my monitor can do there, which is 3440x1440. In nvidia setting you got custom resolutions. When I try to create a 3840x2160 resolution with my monitor (alienware aw3423dw), i just get a black screen. Custom resolution but if you need HDR you might want to go a different route like a dummy HDMI.
