WebAug 7, 2015 · Hi shay shay, to change to Fahrenheit or Celsius first switch off the thermometer. Whilst it is off press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds until you see F in the LCD screen. I held the ear button (temperature button) while the thermometer was powered off, three lines appeared, then I released the temperature button and pressed it again to change it to Fahrenheit. Wa-lah!
