Make sure you follow them in the order specified: Delete all the SharePoint Components from the Control Panel (Add/Remove) WebbI followed the link you gave me and that lead me to instructions on repairing a .PST file. After researching where this .PST file could be found, I found I have only an .OST file. After researching further it appears that .OST files are used for an IMAP setup which I have and think I need to keep Cell phones, Desktop, Laptop & IPad in sync.
