You do need RaceCompatibility mod that Darkarhon mentioned if you have all the DLC. But Darkarhon might be on to something.. are you sure you checked the .esp so the mod is active?

Install and overwrite when it asks. Do not download any additional stuff, run the game from there. The RC Patch already includes the female vampire fix.
WebNov 18, 2015 · Well there is only above or below. But racecompatibility is an esm, it needs to be up top wih your other esm's. Lunari is an esp. I've got a pretty substantial mod list right now and lunari race neither overwrites nor is overwritten by anything. Do you have an esp called racecompatibilityuskpoveride? it may need to be below lunarirace.

I'm assuming they mean to delete it from Race Compatibility. Just make sure you backup whatever file it is to somewhere else, make a Working folder or something on your Desktop, before deleting anything.
