WebI don't feel alive, it's as if I just exist from day to day. Advice? I'm a pretty young guy, in my late teens. I struggled with depression and social anxiety in the past but I managed to beat those with a good amount of effort, experiencing new things and getting out of my comfort zone. Stoicism was of great help with all that. WebFeb 2, 2024 · Exercise your social muscle by talking to new people every day. If you’re a natural introvert (like I am), this will be a little scary at first. Take it from me though, eventually that social fear will pass. You’ll become desensitized to the initial wave of anxiety that comes with talking to new people.
